In India, we use ‘elsewhere.’ As in ‘diagnosed elsewhere,’ ‘treated elsewhere,’ ’seen elsewhere,’ etc.
Most often it is used in a snobbish sense by doctors in Big Hospitals when referring to something that was done outside their institution - however big or small the other place may be.
Curiously (and I think many of my Indian colleagues will agree) the place is named if it happens to be someplace which the writer respects (or is in awe of), as in ‘diagnosed at AIIMS,’ ‘treated at CMC Vellore,’ etc.
