With coconut milk (தேங்காய்ப்பால், recipe here - almost the same preparation method in India as described under Thai dishes or read under methods here)
And thin watery tomato sambhar (தக்காளி சாம்பார், similar kind of preparation as for tomato rasam which is described here, but a little thicker).
