This is a difficult theme. At least for me. After an exhaustive search through my collection(s), I find that I do not like any of the photos that have something to do with metal. It is so bad that I cannot post something and put a spin on the description to make it fit the theme (something that I have done many times for Photo Hunt, as have many other participants).
Hence I have reinterpreted the theme (and the idea of this Photo Hunt) to my liking for this week. My apologies to tnchick.

Insides of a watch? A rectangular one of course. The enlargement is not as clear as the smaller photo. Well I don’t have the best of eyes. Even the “old scientist” is stumped here. Although there could be a small circuit board in there.
The “old scientist” is quite close JMB. I have changed the zoomed image to one that shows better details. Hope that helps.
