Hyoid bone is right, Bardiac :)

No clue on the fractures (are there supposed to be all those cracks around the eye socket?), but it looks like there's a space where a tooth might have been, or might not have developed. And there's no wisdom tooth on the upper right jaw (didn't develop? taken out? no clue here) Hyiod bone?
