Why should rural population be subjected to under qualified doctors who will be no less than quacks. Anti quackery is one of the agenda of IMA, but IMA is already is pawned in the hands of Ketan Desai. None of the IMA functionaries are going to speak against Ketan Desai or his plans. In that sense all the 7 lakh doctors in the country are proving to be incompetent and impotent. They speak behind , crticise him but who are they trying to befool? None has a sense of responsibility? All the moves of Ketan are pointing to his personal gains. Find out how much time he devotes to his subject of Urology in which he recomended himself and got BC Roy Award as 'Best Teacher'? How many classes he has taken? How much surgery he has done? He is sitting in MCI Delhi most of the time, because that is his empire and he makes at least 2000 Crore per year from this job!! His appeal before Supreme Court has been manged by amicus curie who was also Counsel for Ketan Desai and MCI in the same very case. The ADHOC committee appointed by Supreme Court also played in the hNDS OF Ketan Desai. They got awards and certificates at the hands of Ketan Desai and the report of every thing good in MCI written by MCI advocate was just signed by them. The one who resisted was taken to task and dragged into delhi Courts when his patient was also from Chennai like himsewlf. He gave up. Dr PN Tandon from delhi also adhoc committee member kept smiling, sipping the courtsey of MCI and nodded rather became party to all decisions of MCI recognising colleges/deemed unoiversities. It is the same DR PN Tandon who is vehemently opposing the deemed universities as chief architect of the committe for the same purpose constituted by Minister of HRD (including Higher Education)-reason very simple-ministry or minister is not extending any courtseys or extra courtsey which was extended by MCI and Dr Ketan Desai. Just think how the Supreme court closed cases filed by Ketan desai and his coterie. The amicus cuirie had been defending Ketan desai and MCI in the same matters and was in a way on pay rolls and so he did what was desirable of him by the coterie under stewardship of Ketan desai even though there was no stay on the order of Delhi High Court dated 23.11.2001 by which Ketan Desai was removed on charges of corruption ans misuse of office of President of MCI for his personal gains. He very cleverly managed two gullible honest officers of MCI and threw all the blkame on them leaving them helpless. They helped every one irrespective of caste, color and creed, but they were shown as most corrupt officers and he gained excess every where by showint the tapes insisting his innocence. He is very powerful bith financially and politically. Some one like that of Manjunath and Satyender Dubey has to come alive from graves and take things to their right ends. Dr Sunil Pandya of Mumbai is one crusading but he also feels helplless in filing a cse in court, 'who will attend courts leaving his work and take the tensions on his head'? Think and unite for a good cause save humanity by good doctors and not quacks which Ketan desai is going to produce after 3 year teaching and giving them registration as well.
