Blogiversary


My blog completes three years of existence today. Tomorrow is the third anniversary of my very first post.
As is usually the case, this is a period of introspection and self-examination. I am glad to find that my commitment to blogging continues despite the many attractions (some would say distractions) offered by less labour-intensive online pursuits [...]


The AP Chest radiograph shows hyperinflated right lung with mediastinal shift to the left.
Diagnosis: A classical example of Obstructive Emphysema.
Plain CT scan of the Thorax showed a foreign body obstructing the Right Main Bronchus just distal to the carina.
