Except mid-levels don’t want to do primary care work… So the problem will not actually be easily solved without substantial pay raises/financial incentives.

I totally agree with his ideas about open access to scientific research work and share his disgruntlement with academia and the scientific community for looking down on open access to scientific research.

I am now officially a podcaster. I think I have fulfilled all the requisite criteria to be called one.
